Summer 2021 Session 1 Updates

I'll be completing my degree in two sessions, I originally thought I only had to do 14 courses with UMPI but I will have done 20 courses with UMPI when I graduate.

Whoa! What happened? That's a big difference 14 vs 20.

I'm still not entirely sure, even when I posted my initial audit on the forum all the feedback I got back was that I had 78 out 120 credits, turned out I still needed 8 more electives ha. But I'm so pumped to be almost finished! Not trying to count chickens but it would be nice to graduate before I'm 21 ha.

I’m trying to determine if I have enough time...

Have you asked Jessica what the Final Assessment is? That might help you decide. I didn't take accounting classes at UMPI. There was a comment on a thread awhile back about someone who was taking an accounting course at UMPI. I don't remember which one. The Final Assessment wasn't a paper. It was something like a list of journal entries.

I have not asked Jessica, but I will do that. This is my first session and I’m still learning how it all works, thank you for your input. I really appreciate it!

What courses have you taken and which ones do you have remaining?

I’ve taken all but cost accounting, intermediate 2, and non-profit/government accounting 

I completed those courses. I would also contact Cody and Jessica about the course load because there is a cut off date of adding new courses. Also, some courses might not be available right now.
I would consider a third term because
1) around two weeks remaining to complete three courses.
2) around a week remaining to submit final drafts for essays/papers/journal entries
3) a lot of material to learn especially intermediate 2, and Government and Non-profit Accounting.
4) there is a combination of milestones, journal entries and essays.
