Any idea where I can cross reference any of these 400+ Ivy League courses for credit transfer into the Big Three? Or do you expect that it will be a trial and error situation

Neither, it's not ACE recommended for credit, nor is it free college credit that is transferable. However, having said that, if you have years of experience and you take these type of noncredit bearing courses, you can go for a PLA/portfolio assessment and see how many credits they can give you.

Side question. When you complete a PLA do you need to have taken PLA 100/200 prior to submission?

Only PLA 200 is required.
