Thank you for your idea! I've actually considered MBA through WGU before, and while I may go after it sometime, the primary reason I'm seeking BSBA is time; right after I am done with my BS in Biology, my goal is to be finished with BSBA within a month. I've already gone through all the relevant courses in SL and Study.com, but haven't completed their final exams; I'm waiting until I am finished with my current degree so they would count and not go to waste.
ALEKS: Beginning Algebra (1/17), Intermediate Algebra (1/17), Trigonometry (2/17). (9 crs)
ACTFL: Oral Proficiency (2/17). (9 crs)

NFA: Supervision (1/17), Community Safety (1/17). (2 crs)
Sophia: Developing Effective Teams (2/17), Essentials of Managing Conflict (4/18). (2 crs)
Study.com: Personal Finance (2/17), Human Growth and Development (2/17). (6 crs)
TEEX: Everyone (1/17), Business (1/17), IT (1/17). (6 crs)
36 ACE credits total.

In that case, you need to wait until after you get your degree conferred, not just earn it.

If I take these finals before my degree is conferred, would they be considered part of my Biology BS even if they're not listed in the school transcript?

TESU requires 24 new credits after conferral (21 plus capstone). You could take some before the conferral, but save 24 for after the conferral.

It doesn't matter whether they are "part" of any prior degree. The new units must be earned after the prior degree is conferred.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

The date complete must be after the first degree (your BS in Biology) is conferred. As davewill stated it does not matter if they are not on your other school's transcripts or not, the credits will only count if they are earned (completed) after the first degree is conferred. So as dfrecore stated it is going by the date the degree is conferred (given to you by the school), not by the date you completed the coursework for it.
You are aware that you will still be spending over $3000 for this BSBA correct? You will have the TESU residency waiver and the Capstone still to complete. I personally feel that money would be wiser spent towards the MBA, but it is of course your money and time to spend.
