I think they are counting anyone who tests out with prior knowledge.
We go farther and do it faster... and don't drop out as much as the typical student:

They should also have asked how many total degrees PLA learners have vs. traditional. I'd bet that more PLA graduates have 2 or more degrees than traditional students do.
(I know I'm seriously considering getting an extra degree, assuming all goes well.)

I don't really plan to get an 'extra', but getting the initial one has demonstrated to me I can absolutely do a masters next... cost, with time a lazy second being really the only bar to entry, at least for me.
