Just an FYI for those who might be interested.
The University of Wollongong is now offering a Graduate Certificate in Global Citizenship which constitutes about 1/3 of their masters degree in international relations via OERu. This is all offered as credit via their open learning resources and is going to cost approx 400 AUS per course. Looks like a cheap way to get graduate credits in international relations or political science.

Have just registered with them. Even though I should be focusing on getting my practical, career helping BSBA finished first. Can't help myself, International Relations is my first love.

That sounds like a fantastic bargain - About $1200 USD for an entire grad cert? And if you're in the International Relations field it surely doesn't hurt anything to have an international credential.
I am a little curious as to what they mean by "any undergraduate degree" (do they mean any international equivalent to a bachelors, or does an Associates count?), and if you need to prove that you've graduated by the end of a course in order to get credit, or just by the end of the whole cert.

Associates are not as common outside of the US. However, the wording could allow you to make an argument.

Am starting the UN Global Governance and Diplomacy course on 14th of March but have already started going through the material and looking at the assessments. It's all coursework plus one online interview. No exams. Very excited.
