TESC Per credit plan
#1
How does this plan work. If you already previously earned the residency requirement credits do you need to earn an additional 24 more credits to be considered enrolled under this plan. If not, would it be possible to switch to this plan to remain enrolled and avoid paying extension fees when my comprehensive plan runs out.

I believe you are the first person to ask that question. I asked TESC about switching from the Per Credit Tuition plan to one of the other plans in the future, because I wasn't working when I started but knew I might come across a job that would allow me to do pay a higher rate later. I actually only need about 15 more credits, but have to do the 24 to fulfill residency. I was told by a TESC representative that it would be possible for me to switch to another tuition plan later to avoid having to fulfill the 24 credit requirement. It seems to me like their intent is just to make sure that they've earned a certain amount of money off of a student before granting them a degree. I hate saying that, but it is what it is, and honestly I can't blame them because they are exceptionally nice about transferring large numbers of credits. Anyhow, I think your best bet is simply to call them and ask, but my educated guess would be that they'll let you switch plans.

You don't need to earn 24 new credits for the residency, but you do need to earn 24 new credits in the area of study for your second bachelor's.
