I forgot to register for APS-1000-TE for the August term to lock in the catalogue, and I'd like to avoid paying the $163 late registration fee.
Now I have a few questions:
- What if I wait until the new term becomes available and register for that term?
- How do you know when the last time to register for the APS-1000-TE to keep the current catalogue?
- Is there a grace period before I lose my current catalogue?
Thanks.

I think your catalog is locked in for 3 years. Email them to support to confirm.

This is the answer... It's 3 years, 5 years if you're Active Military.

I enrolled in "TECEP APS-1000-TE Medical Terminology" once a year since 2021. As a result, my unofficial transcript shows 4 occurrences of the exam, which I don't like. Should I be concerned about this? Will unenrolling and re-enrolling clean up my transcript?

No, a transcript is a permanent record. One of it's purposes is to show the good and the bad. That said, I don't think that this occurrencesl should be any sort of problem. It would be different if it showed 4 failures, but just 4 registrations is no big deal.

Unofficial transcripts should slightly be different than the official transcripts, I would inquire about it if you think there is a need to see what can be done about that. The changes shouldn't affect admissions to graduate schools as there are no grades with just registering and not taking the exam, in other words, no adverse effects on admissions decisions...
