Hello good afternoon, I'm wondering does Thomas Edison State University still accept Penn Foster's Fin 101 Financial Management course? I had saw last year two years ago that Thomas Edition State University accepts Penn Foster's FIN 101 as FIN 301 Principles of Finance, is this still valid?

It is still ACE-recommended until at least 4/2021, so TESU will still take it.
It was recommended at the UL by ACE, so I wouldn't be surprised if they still accept it as FIN 301, but you should check first (unless someone else has some recent experience with it).
btw, the reason you're not seeing a lot of current posts about Penn Foster is that there are newer, cheaper options for pretty much all they offer.

They were popular quite a while ago because they were the only way to get a Prin of Finance course inexpensively (if you didn't want to test out via DSST), and they offered Strategic Management, which TESU accepted in as the capstone back in the day. They were also cheaper then.
They have raised their prices, there are now a multitude of ways to get Prin of Finance more cheaply, and TESU no longer allows you to bring in or test out of the capstone.
Hence, not much reason to use Penn Foster unless you're taking a course that isn't offered anywhere else.
