TESU won't accept my community college transfer credits!?

I completely about 40 credits at my community college which is well know for being very good, their credits are accepted without question to bigger colleges like Penn State University etc. TESU just did my academic eval and marked my community college transfer credits as CEU (continuing education units) and said they can't be applied!? And they are making it ridiculous to contact a advisor who is simply going to 'explain why'. Can this be petitioned?  Thanks!

Can you black out your personal info and post your CC transcript? As well as your TESU eval?

This definitely is not normal. It sounds as if a mistake was made at some point by TESU, but we'd need to see your CC transcript to be sure. I can compare it to the catalog and nose around a bit.

That's a bit strange. What school? I can see it happening if the classes were taken for a vocational program (say, woodworking), but even then that seems quite unusual.

Thanks for the replies! I blew up their phone a bit and it appears it was a oversight on their end. Hopefully they will all be applied here! It is Harrisburg area community college.
