upper division credit

I thought I was all done. I have cleped or danted out of 66 credits. Now they say I am missing 3 upper division credits. Does anyone know if I can clep or dantes out of an upper division class? If I can, what would this clep be? I want to graduate in May, with a degree in social science and concentration in education. Is there anyone that can help me with my problem?

I think that it depends on your school, but UMUC will give upper level credit for the following list:
Business Law II
Management Information Systems
Money and Banking
Principles of Finance
Rise and Fall of the Soviet Union
Substance Abuse
The Civil War and Reconstruction

I already did the Management Information Systems test, it was not too bad... I plan to take the Substance Abuse test soon also.

At the big 3, all CLEP's are lower level credit. There are a few DSST's that are upper level (R&F Soviet Union, Civil War, Money and Banking come to mind but there are more). Check with your school.

That is the list for UMUC, each school can make their own list...

Plus this was the first time I got to offer info instead of asking...nice to be able to contribute.

Thank you. I am going to Ashford. I hope that's what they accept. I really do not want to take another class. My goal is a degree before I am 55! I turn 55 in May. Thanks to this IC it is making my dream come true. I want to thank everyone for helping me. You are wonderful!
