I need a case management and/or substance abuse course for career purposes. Anyone have a good course that provides college credit for a low cost to recommend?

Is foreign okay? XAMK has a course for 5 ECTS available in August: https://www.xamk.fi/en/open-amk-courses/...5-ects-cr/
You might also want to keep an eye out for the free "Diploma of Higher Education in Rehabilitation" to come around again on XAMK but this might not be for a while. You could always contact openstudies@xamk.fi to ask when it'll start again if the curriculum is of interest to you. A 60 ECTS diploma would be equal to approximately 30 US semester credits.

Thanks, I will look into it, but I think it has to be RA credit. Otherwise, I'm stuck with a certification course that costs $1000, takes two months and gives me no credit.

I usually get people to view their local community college to see if there are any undergraduate certs/diplomas that may have a course in your subject field. If not, then try the other community colleges mentioned in the wiki, such as NMJC or Clovis/LUNA, etc. If not found, then go through a few universities in the wiki list as well...

If you are still in MD, it looks like there are a bunch of Community College options. I only reviewed a few schools, but CCBC and Anne Arundel CC both have classes in Spring 2021 that are 100% online, no specific meeting times, no prerequisites to get in your way, and look like they might fit your needs. Look for courses under the Human Services or Human Services Counseling subject areas.

Thanks everyone. These look much more useful than an unaccredited certificate.
