I suck at math plain and simple. Should i do the 101 geometry from SDC or the CSM course ($39). Im confused what the CSM course is really even about.
I haven't taken a math class since junior year in high school so its been over 5 years.
Which one of these courses will be faster/easier? Planning on transferring my credits to TESU and finishing up about 30-50 credits by december. I need to fulfill my Quantitative Literacy requirement.
thanks

CSM Learn course for $39 is your best option for this course. It's the only "math" course you ever will need for the BALS.
It's the cheapest/easiest/fastest course and provides the most value, as it has an additional certificate from CSM Learn!

Another benefit is you can't fail CSM learn because there's no "tests." You just work on the problems and if you get one wrong, they show you what you did wrong, teach you how to do it right, and give you more similar questions until you get them all right. It's self paced and you can work on it 5 minutes at a time if you need and just do 1 or 2 pages of problems. It's comprised mostly of every day skills so nothing complex.
I recommend that you take your time to do the questions right the first time so you don't have to repeat them later.
Also, CSM offers a free trial so you might as well try it out and if you don't like it, you can always just use a different class instead.
Also, the CSM team is really good about answering any questions you have and helping out if you need.

They have info about their ACE recommendation and transfer agreements to COSC, TESU, WGU and a few of the other common online schools here:

BTW, akr680, which state are you currently located?
You can take the CSM Learn course for the Quantitative Literacy requirement. Then take College Algebra from ALEKS and Business Stats at StraigherLine or Study.com, you will need College Algebra and Stats for BSBA degrees regardless. Some people just skip the CSM Learn course in favor of another general education course. I would take it to prepare you for college algebra.

Wont this course fulfill my math requirement for a criminal justice 4 year degree?
Hey soI’m about 45% through w the CSM course. I was wondering is it all like this? Problem solving and getting correct answer or redoing it? Are there any exams or proctored tests? Also you just complete the CSM course right? Not career strategies or anything Addtl?
