Diversity Intercultural Literacy at SDC

I am trying to figure out which of the SDC courses will fulfill the TESU Diversity and Intercultural Literacy requirement.

I think that Intro to Sociology or any of the history courses would. Any other ideas?

I believe that Human Geography used to, but doesn't any more. And then there was World Religions which is not an option any more either.

I would appreciate it if anybody has suggestions.
