I just had my evaluation completed today and for some strange reason, TESU put my CSMLearn course under my LA General Studies section, but didn’t put it in for my Quantitative Learning requirement. Is that right? I read on here that they have always used it for your Quant requirement. How do I go about appealing this?

So, I was able to get a hold of TESU and they changed it with no problem, so all is good. Though, they did short me a credit on my CPCU Ethics course, but still considered it an equivalent as 2 credits for my Ethics requirement.

That weird because when you took it is now worth 3 credits in ace.

I'm glad they were able to fix the problem so quickly! That's really good to know. Thanks for posting this.

So, it's not ALWAYS used in Quantitative Lit requirement - it depends on the degree you're getting, and what you already have. If you're getting a Business degree, and already have College Algebra, then they may put it in the Statistics requirement (I've heard) or Gen Eds if you already have Stats. If you're getting a BALS, and you already have a math, then they'll put it in Gen Eds or even your LL AOS. Just depends on what's in there.

The number of credits you get for the Ethics course depends on when you finished it. If you completed it when it was still 2 UL credits, that's what they'll put it as. If you completed it when it became 3 LL credits, then they should put it in there correctly. What did they give it for the course equivalency? Used to be PHI-385 (2cr UL), should be PHI-285 (3cr LL) now.
