Hi,
I hope someone can help me, I was using my account for the first time to study flash cards and stopped to take a break and now my questions and answers for the flash cards are blank and I have logged out and back in and the flash cards still are blank. Can anyone help me

I am NOT a computer person, but I see you asked this almost 10 hours ago with no help, so my very very unscientific guess is browser incompatibility. Whatever you're using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc) try a different one. Also, be sure your computer is updated and that the little plug in thingies are enabled. Oh geez, like the blind leading the blind on this one. Reply back after you do that and maybe by then someone with better insight can help. If not, lol, that's all I got, so you'll have to contact Steve our webmaster.

This is actually troubleshooting 101. You did fine. LOL. In addition to trying different browsers, make sure they are the latest version your operating system can handle. On some of the flashcard sets, you also have the option of using the older, v2 engine if you're having technical difficulties. You'll see this message at the bottom right after clicking on the flashcard subject.

Along with the great suggestions above me, you could also try to clear all of the saved data from IE (cookies, cache, etc.) If it was working before and it stopped it could be something easily fixed with dumping all of those temporary files.
In windows while you are in most any web browser you can press ctrl+shift+Delete and it will bring up window to let you purge all of those files.

I second this opinion. If it was working before, you probably need to clear your history/cache/etc.
