There are in fact, two cheaper packages on study.com that allow you access to lessons and quizzes, but not the proctored tests. I don’t remember how much the other package costs.

College Composition Modular (no essay) comes in as Eng Comp I (3 credits)
College Composition (with essay) comes in as Eng Comp I & Eng Comp II (6 credits)

Ref: https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/c...am-program I just tested out of DSST for Advanced English and passed but barely. You must do very well on the first 35 questions to give you a cushion for the bad word paragraph reading questions.

Thanks guys. I got a hold of the dsst Prometric book and got an 80 on the diagnostic, so I'm hoping that's a sign that I'll pass with the study book. I'm taking it next Fri! I'll let y'all know how it goes

Good afternoon,
My name is Natalie. I have been working in a Medical laboratory for the past 9 years. I am an accepted student at TESU. I have 124 transfer credits but 23 are in Spanish. I am 3 classes and the capstone project away from their Bachelors in Liberal arts or 5 classes from a Bachelors in Foreign Language in Spanish. I need English Comp 102, Ethics, their SOS-110 and the capstone project. I am curious to know if TESU accepts the 2 credit "the INstitutes," for the Ethics class for credit? Also, what is a good source for the Eng comp 102? I have asked them to look at the two Eng literature and Short story and novel classes that I have already taken, as a substitute but have not heard from them yet. Does anyone have any experience using the Study.com for their English Comp 102? Does study.com have an Ethics, microbiology or chemistry 200 Lab? I need the microbiology and a 200 level CHem Lab and the capstone to finish their Clinical Laboratory sciences Associates I am looking for quick and effective tools to finish these last classes, before I begin paying the $500/ credit tuition at TESU and their waiver fee. I would like to only have to take their SOS-110, the 100 and 200 level PLA class and my capstone, at their tuition rate, if possible. ANy advice is welcome.
Thanks

How did you like the Engl comp 105 on study.com? IS that the equivalent to the English Comp 2 for TESU? I might have to take it if I can't use my Amer. LIt or Short Story and Novel classes that I've already taken, as a substitute. Also, How did you like the Study.com Statistics class? IS that where you took your Anatomy and Physiology , as well? Have you by chance taken a Chemistry level 200 class with lab, online?
Sorry for all of the questions,
Thanks for your help.
Natalie

I took the Study.com English 105: College Comp II course and found it to be straight forward and quick, particularly if you're recently completed College Comp I or have experience in other college-level academic writing. If you also have prior experience with academic research, that will also help you move through the course more quickly.
