I love TECEP, CSU-Global CBE, and UExcel
Are there any others under $150/cr which are not ACE/NCCRS that can be done within 4-6 weeks? (Ideally done within a couple weeks.)
I know most of the independent study courses have raised their rates to over $200/cr.

U of Arkansas Self-paced is $480/course

Actually, CSU Pueblo was $525 this summer when my son registered for 2 classes and they said that their price is increasing to $555 per 3 hour class for the Fall semester.
