At Excelsior only 6 credits in English can be applied to a Business Degree (if this is what you're going for). You must have a Written English Requirement, and the CLEP English Comp doesn't count. Excelsior is introducing a new English Exam worth 6 credits to replace the 3 credit College Writing, so you may have to take just that one test, and have no room for Freshman Comp.

yes. one usually will be counted as humanities and the other will be counted as gen electives.
