TESU finally took in all 55 credits after much hassle and opening of tickets. At first, they did not want to take the 40 credits that were pass/fail. 

Interesting. I thought all the open learn courses were pass/fail only. At least mine are. How did you convince them to take the credits?

Most of the courses are pass/fail - 6 courses were on the 1-5 scale. Initial reviewers only wanted to accept the courses with a grade of 3 and above, as those appear as C or above on the credit evaluation. 
I opened several tickets for review once the initial academic evaluation was finished. The registrar finally took a look and corrected it.

TESU accepted the following courses with an updated equivalency:

Financial Aspects of Leadership- FIN3010 Principles of Finance 2.5 CR (originally LDR-1999) - changed from LL to UL
Customer Oriented Marketing- MKT2010 Introduction to Marketing 2.5 CR (originally MKT-1999)

I have 20 ECTS in XAMK courses, but I also have 22 ECTS from Universidad Nebrija (Spain).

Out of curiosity, which Nebrija courses did you take? And did you take them with outside providers?

I took Curso de Logística Empresarial from EuroInnova (12 ECTS):

Very annoying those all came in as lower level 100 classes. I think you'd have to challenge it with the evaluator though, not TESU. They are the ones who stated they are all L on the evaluation. I will be challenging it when I submit mine.

You can see "deepening respiratory and cardiac physiotherapy", just as an example, is a 3rd year class. These level plans are available for all programs and show a large number of OUAS classes are third year at least. Even a lot of your lower level classes should be 200 level based on the level structures XAMK provides.

It's one of those things where normally I wouldn't care about LL, but for some degrees at TESU the classes can be LL but must be at least 200 level to apply to the AOS (off the top of my head, it applies to the BA Math electives but I am sure there are others).

The UL issue is a separate and major one.

One thing these credential evaluators don't seem to know, acknowledge or realise, is that by US standards most EU countries university classes are "UL". It is why we don't distinguish on transcripts, because something is either considered Uni level or it's not.

You have to do two years of 'general education' type "college" to get into university (from 16-18), after finishing the US HS Diploma equivalent at 16. It is not that we do one year less (3 instead of 4), we do one year more since we do 2 + 3. We just start younger. The "college" years are LL (and evaluated as such by most US evaluators).

After seeing one evaluator classifying a Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) class from ENEB as Programming/Computer Science, I don´t have much faith on them doing things right the first time.

That's awesome, so they do mention somewhere these are transferred in as Foreign (RA) equivalent... you just need to decide now on the residency waiver or taking a flat rate term... Good to know what the courses come in as and the credit numbers too... all those 999's, just wow...

Too bad they're all LL. But that's still a lot of good credits for almost nothing!
