Is this an on-site, hybrid, or online offer? For me, it is not clear.
If it is hybrid (in-person only for the dissertation defense) or (even better) completely online, this could be a really attractive offer.
Does anyone know if a phd from SA is accredited in Germany? This university has an H+ rating from ANABIN; most of the graduate programs are also accredited there, but there was no entry for the PhD programs.

It is not an online program, that's for sure.

They have quite a few interesting doctorates, but good luck getting them to help you. They are famously unresponsive.
