Have a quick question.
Today I scheduled a DSST exam at the local university but when I went to
Locate an Institution |*DSST | Get College Credit and type in Thomas Edison State College and choose "Institutions that accept DSST for credit" it shows (No institutions match your search criteria).
Why is that??
This is posted directly above where you enter your search criteria.
You can search our database below to find an accepting school. Please note that while we constantly update our database, schools may change their credit awarding policies without prior notice.
It shows that they deliver DSST exams but doesn't accepts them. Is this new or wrong information.
A little concerned.

I'm almost sure it just didn't get updated at some point. If you go to the schools website you'll find plenty of info on the CLEP/DSST. I believe if they didn't accept DSST or CLEP this community would be devastated. yikes!!!! scary thought!!!

Thomas Edison State College | Other Examination Programs
According to the TESC website under Other Examination Programs, DSST's are listed as DANTES.
To the right of the Search Criteria on the DSST page it says: Tip: DSST exams used to be known as the "DANTES exam", some testing centers may still identify our exams as such.

That's what I am figuring. But I did have a shock moment there when I was looking for the 9001 code for TESC.
With the way my luck is running lately, I thought I would at least ask. It would be a major "never mind on the degree thoughts".

I contacted my friends at DSST and it was indeed just an error and supposedly fixed (or on its way to being fixed).
