I might add that Sociology, Counseling and Psychology would be three that have a great deal of overlap....so studying for one would help with the others. I would take counseling last in that line-up.
Human growth and developement might fit in as well.

I'd also recommend free-clep-prep.com, but here's the ones I found easiest.

I didn't spend more then 2 whole days studying for both. Just use logic and also skim IC's flash cards. Take few practice tests, and go take the exam.

The easiest exam is the one you already know a lot about. Different people have different answers to this question. Likewise, the easiest exam to study for is the one you are most interested in.
