Westcott Courses

TESU doesn't necessarily accept the courses where one might hope. Partnerships like that tend to confuse them.

Previously, they "accepted" Westcott courses that came in on a Brandman transcript, so that wasn't the problem.  What the problem ended up being, was the way they brought some courses in - for example, if you took Calc III at Westcott, even though ie was on the Brandman transcript, TESU did not bring it in as Calc III; they brought it in as Calc II.

The only way to find out is to send the UMass Global Transcript with the course on it, and see what they bring it in as.  Because this is something that they probably won't do for you as a pre-planned course - the advisor can pre-plan it for you, but there's no guarantee that the registrar will bring it in as you'd like.

But, if you're going to contact TESU about this, do NOT, under ANY circumstances, mention Westcott courses.  You must say "I've taken course #ABC123: Course Name at UMass Global, can you please tell me where that would come in at TESU" and see what they say.  But I have zero hope that they will be able to tell you in advance what will happen here.
