The applicant's personal/motivational statement should not be a last-minute thought. It is the moment to separate from everyone else with similar scores, grades, and undergrad degrees. And in fact, many law schools use the personal statement to learn more about the person. The applicant needs to research EACH law school's mission, values, and other characteristics important to the law school. Then, describe how those characteristics apply to the candidate in the personal statement. Reading a brief Wikipedia article about law school is not research.
I can't emphasize enough how important the motivation and personal statements are with law school applications. You could easily spend months preparing the motivation and personal statements. Many potential law applicants just focus on the GPA and just a GPA might get you into a unranked law school but if you have any dream/desire/motivation to attend a T-14 law school, than focus on the full package. My birthday isn't until late July next year, so I'd have to cram 60 credits/20 classes in 16 weeks between the Fall 1&2 sessions, to apply in time for a 2026 start.
Has anyone on the forum done something similar to this?
While its possible, I'm afraid you are missing the bigger picture when it comes to your application to law school. What makes you as a potential candidate standout from everyone else?? That's the things you need to be working on. I know there are other things to a good application besides just LSAT/GPA, and that's what I would work on in the meantime. I only put so much focus on the school aspect of it because with UMPI I would be on a time crunch of 2 maybe 3 sessions between my birthday and the march application deadlines.
Earlier applications have a higher success rate for getting accepted. You want to do everything possible to get accepted which includes applying the minute the applications open up with each law school.

Another route to consider besides UMPI. Go the TESU route. You would need to earn graded credits from various sources, Arizona State University (via Earned Admission),
Brigham Young University (via Independent Study), etc. Then, transfer them to TESU.

I was reading that TAMUC doesn't have the age requirement that UMPI does, so I'm probably going to go there after saving a bit more $. Although I did read in an earlier post that stated there would be a tuition raise for in-state students, which doesn't bode well for me as I'm out of state. Once I start school though I'm going to quit my job and dedicate most of my time to graduating quickly. so the cost shouldn't be too bad.

Purdue Global ExcelTrack is another option. It's possible to complete 20 courses in 3 or 4 terms, but it will likely be double the work of doing UMPI.
The upside of Purdue Global is that it is easy to get a 4.0 GPA. With fees, PUG is around $2800 per term.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

Yes, I also would vouch for any CBE program that may fit your course interests and learning style, find the subject matter that's closest to what you're looking for and zone into that degree path from one of the providers on the WIKI. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Co...d_Programs

Walden looks like it's the best with the least requirements in work experience/previous education.
In your opinion what would be the main difference in experience with for-profits like Walden vs non-profit CBE?
Thanks for the help

Walden isn't available in every state. There's also a bit of controversy with them. The for profit school thing is also frowned upon by many in academia.

I can think of two participants here who started the Walden Tempo CBE MBA years ago. Based on their signatures, both are still in progress. Both posters are credible and impressive. The years have given the impression that particular CBE program from Walden might not be readily accelerable.
Another credible and impressive poster did have a good experience with Walden's CBE MS in Early Childhood Studies.
We have few if any other reports about Walden CBE to go on, compared to many generally positive reports about UMPI, WGU, and PUG CBE.

I could dedicate ~10 hours a day to school so I might get away without spending much of my own money.
Really all I want is a regionally accredited bachelors that accepts ACE credit and gives out actual grades.
