Hello Everyone,
I noticed that WGU Alumni get access to Skillport which is appears to be the portal to access Skillsoft courseware. I also noticed that Skillsoft was accredited by ACE. Have any WGU Alumni or anyone that has access to Skillport through their employer added these classes to their ACE transcript? Just wondering how much of a pain it will be since my ACE transcript is registered through my personal address and my access to Skillport uses my WGU email address. Seems like an easy way to get some free college credits. there are currently 40 courses worth up to 91 SH, 11 of which are upper-level credits.

Members of the Army has access to skill port. I completed 2 courses through them and was never able to get them added to my ACE transcript. I emailed ACE and Skillport for roughly 2 months trying to get them added, and eventually gave up.
TESU March 2020 Graduation
--ASNSM Mathematics
--BSBA Accounting
--BA Computer Science
University of Alaska Fairbanks (December 2021 Graduation Goal)
--MBA (2/10 : 4.0)
I started this journey in the summer of 2016. I hoped to be done sooner, but I am still proud of the rate at which I have gotten my schooling done with respect to the many months of military training and deployments I have undergone.

Hmm, this seems interesting. Though based on Zachleigh's feedback this may be easier said than done. Then again, we don't know if the problem had something to do with the source of the credits, the specific courses, or the military version of Skillport.
As for the email address, I am fairly sure there is a way around that since it is tied to more than just your email address. There are people with multiple email addresses that have been able to add ACE courses.
I only used the Skillsoft stuff via WGU a couple of times so I'm not really aware of what courses are available. It will probably take someone getting through a course or two and trying to add it to the ACE transcript using the WGU version of the site to see if this is a realistic option for free undergrad credits. It would be cool if you can since you could theoretically submit those credits back to WGU towards a second/additional degree.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Just got an email from ACE stating that I had an update to my transcript. Hopped on to see what it was... SkillPort. Finally updated months later.
Is what it is I guess.

Well, I'm glad it's a free resource. I'd be pissed if I had to pay for it and wait months for action to occur.

I noticed that Skillsoft is offering a 60-day free trial currently with its Percipio platform. Would completing any courses through this offer lead to ACE credits? I saw that some seemed to require completing on-site exams, so I was confused. All of their courses can be found on the ACE website, or here in their spreadsheet.
Also, if it matters, you can jump up to 90 days free with an .edu e-mail address.

Interesting, where do you see the info on the ACE Site? Is it when you search for the course and pull up the evaluation?
Anyways, for those learning or signing up for this Skillsoft, the login page after you sign up is: https://learn.percipio.com/
From what I can tell, there are a few courses that are ACE recommended for Credit that doesn't require testing at a site.
Thanks for the spreadsheet link! This is very interesting and good for business/it practice...I'll dig into this a bit further...
