Study.com Quizzes dissappeared

I am working though Business 313 and in the middle of a lesson in Chapter 7 suddenly it showed chapters 2, 3, and 6 completely blank as if I have skipped them and not done them! it took away over half my work. Help what happened and how do I fix this?

Interesting, I've never had that happen before. You can try email support@study.com and see what they say... But before you do, I would get you to try it in another browser just in case something is going wrong with your current one... In fact, try in Edge Inprivate mode and also Chrome Incognito mode, so it doesn't look at your old history, downloaded files, cookies, and so on...

the weird thing is if I click on a "non complete" lesson and go to the quizz it shows 100% but in my activity from yesterday (when I did 90% of them it shows I only did 2 lessons and there are no checks that the lesson is complete (there were an hour ago)

I will try another browser now. I emailed support but I am scared to do more work if it will not count.

New browser didn't work. I guess I will stop for now and hope they email me back. this sucks.
