. I was able to lock in at $120 per course, now it's $160.
In theory, there would be nothing wrong with raising prices, especially if it comes with an increase in the services offered and, above all, in their quality. However, the problem here is that the services are always terrible. The point is that they don't care at all about the quality of the services: it's simply a money-grabbing scheme.

Yes, it increase the fees but existing students under financial aid will still continue to benefit the older fees and the University will shoulder the remaining fees as per my advisor. If the Financial aid need to be renewed, then new rates shall take effect.

Not trying to poopoo on UoPeople if that is what you want to do that is your choice but how many students actually receive scholarships and financial aid? I wonder how many U.S. based students receive help scholarships and financial aid? Also those in the graduate programs receive almost no financial aid. About 6 months ago I was interested in their MBA program I am still registered with them and I got an email that the price increased for me from $400 to $450 so existing fees is not true.
ETA: I just wanted to say that I read some of your replies to the other UoPeople threads and that you are going to be only paying $600 for your degree thanks to scholarships. Just saying.

Maybe they meant currently enrolled students would continue at the old fees?

It's simply too expensive for me: Especially considering how the $350 per exam makes them on-par with existing institutions in the overall cost-
Hold up: When I do the math again: This would come out to: $1200-$1500 per 12-15 credit hours, correct:
And:
Now that: University of the People: is Accredited:
That means that I should be able to use Pell Grants towards the institution, right?
As in: I should be able to place my Pell Grants money towards them.
However, I heard different amounts, such as this amount of $140 per exam I saw floating around.
I've seen confusing different information about them depending on where I have looked.

UoPeople does not participate in US Federal Student Aid programs.
Fees are here:

$160 per undergraduate exam, $400-450 for graduate course exam
