I took 5 courses through CSU-Pueblo, stellar experience in almost every way. They allowed me to work out a consortium agreement with COSC (something BYU refused), they treated me well, were responsive and overall just provide a great asynchronous self paced learning system. At around $150/credit they are also very affordable.
With that said, I'm not convinced there would be a lot of utility in a social science 2nd BA/BS. What do you hope this will do for you? What's your first Bachelors in? I would look hard at MA programs and even grad certificates before I went back for another BA of dubious value. In order to hit the 30 residency credits for a BA at say, CSU-P you will need at least 10 classes at $450/each or $4500.00 before books and other fee's. Compare that to a Grad cert or MA at say WNMU or FHSU. FHSU is $251/credit, you still need roughly 10 classes (30 credits) so your looking at $7530, for a mere $3000 more your moving your education forward and enhancing your credentials in a big way. A grad cert at either of these schools would probably be cheaper or as cheap as the second Bachelors.....I would look around at whats out there.

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this). Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.
