There are better state schools offering cheaper tuition for a more respected degree/name. I honestly do not know who their market is anymore. Maybe they don't either with their drastic student reduction and name stigma.

Agreed. I don't think they're bad or anything, and if someone has a degree from there I wouldn't have any reluctance to hire that person. But I also can't think of any situation where I would recommend them over any number of more affordable and less controversial alternatives.

Nobody talks about UPhoenix anymore. Maybe with good reason, I don't know. But I did a double-take when I saw an ad promoting the (new?) competency-based MBA. Is it really new? IDK, but it's new to me.

Looks like the competency-based MBA launched in June 2020, with 83% of enrolled students finishing within 12 months (according to a Nov. 2021 post):
