You might be able to use it towards a German degree. Maybe. My tiny knowledge of German + Google Translate isn't good enough to decipher the German university system. But it does seem to imply that they are recognized in at least some capacity (I.E. at least as a post-grad certificate) in Germany. This should mean that, in theory, you can transfer the ENEB ECTS to a German university, complete a few more courses, and have a master's.

German universities are often pretty affordable, even for international students. If you can bring in the 60+ ECTS (MBA = 60 + ECTS from the master's), you might just be able to get a German degree of some description for just a couple thousand. The caveat is that the German school system is rigorous and demanding; it might be difficult to find a university that will both accept you and your ENEB credits.
