The course is at udacity.com, you need to select Introduction to Computer Science. Building a Search Engine with Python.
After completing the course you will need to schedule the final exam through Pearson Vue ($89).
When you pass the exam you will be awarded the credit from Colorado State University Global Campus.

Yes, you need to go to a Pearson VUE test center.
The course does not appear to be that complicated for people with basic programming experience.
The videos are in udacity and youtube.
