UMPI Questions (upcoming student )
#1
Question
Hey guys I've a plan to complete UMPI yourpace bachelor BBA PM&IS in two years completely from UMPI (I'm an international student
so my plan is to take

 5 sessions per year
4 courses per session = 12 credits per session
 1 year = 60 credits

My concerns :

Q1. How many courses can I take after starting like in 1st session am I allowed to take as many courses as I want or do I have to take a maximum of two courses and then complete them first wait for the responses of professors and then ask for adding more courses?

Q2. How much time does the professor take to grade?  until then you're unable to proceed to further classes?

Q3. Time management is extremely important to me which is also directly related to finances. so share your experiences with professors and their responses time line ?

As mentioned at the start my plan is to complete the whole degree in 2 years completely from UMPI with no transfer credits I'm mainly writing this post to get to know how many courses I can take per session how this works and how fast professors responds so one can add more courses and what's the process of adding courses after completion.

Thanks!

You can take as many courses as you like per session. We had one person that did 20.  Keep in mind, you MUST finish each course you open.

The drafts are supposed to be returned within 3 business days. When they aren't the student should contact the professor via email. If after a few days they hear nothing then they should contact Cody. You can have 2 classes open so once you submit a rough draft you ask for another class to be opened. (I have heard it is possible to have more than 2 classes open at a time)

You can't pick your professors though you can see student reviews of courses
https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...ter-Thread

A bachelor's degree requires 120 credits. A few classes at UMPI, such as biology, can take a whole session to complete, so it is recommended that you transfer that class to UMPI.

One question would be, how many hours a week do you have available to study? The more hours you have, the faster you can complete a degree.

Just to clarify. There's 6 sessions per year offered at UMPI.

You will start off with 2 courses that you'll select with your academic success coach. You will receive instructions on how to request additional courses once your first term begins. You will have to submit your draft before requesting additional courses. Professors have up to 72 hours to grade. Some are faster. Some take longer than the 72 hours. You can take as many courses as you can complete in a term. The average UMPI student completes 3-4 classes per term. This number comes from UMPI. Yes, there are outliers who complete more, but that is not the norm.

I have fixed the typo. The OP said 5 sessions and there are 6. There's always been 6 terms per year.

I have done same. You will have issue in agreement. German look for how fast you finished Bachelor degree.
I finished my HSC from
Lahore Board and FA from Dial Singh College and Bachelor from Aberdeen. I helped many students to get Stutugart university from Pakistan and UAE. Many did PLA and UK open university and Mahi Pal University in fast track and they all got rejected.
Let me know if you need help.

None of the ACE or other credits are accepted in Germany/ Austria/ Sweden or Finland.
