Has any one who has graduated with a bachelors degree had any difficulty obtaining a masters degree from a local state brick and mortar university? Thanks.

Just wondering, what difficulties are you having with yours? It really depends on "the whole package" and not just where you got your degree. UMPI doesn't actually say their degree is online, the content taught should be similar just the format or learning system is different.

I applied to four grad schools and got into all four. All of them were state schools (one in Arkansas, one in Kentucky, and two in Illinois). No issue at all.
I had 44 community college credits, 60 Study.com credits, and 42 UMPI credits. One university did ask for my Study.com transcripts with numbered grades so they could calculate my overall GPA, so people who intend to go to grad school might want to really try on those, but it was fine in my case.

I’m new to Sophia, study.com , yourpace programs etc. I have approx 40 credits from a community college and state college combined. I want to finish out my bachelors degree and go for a masters degree at my local state college. I wasn’t sure how study.com and Sophia credits would transfer for a masters degree. I’m looking at UMPI and WGU.

I've already attended 2 grad schools and am finishing my MBA in less than 2 weeks! I have 2 bachelor's degrees from UMPI. Your GPA is more important than which school you attended when it comes to most grad school programs.

If you end up deciding on UMPI for your bachelor's degree, a clear option could be the following:
UMPI BABA Management & Leadership Degree Plan (an excellent resource) These three courses from the UMPI BABA transfer into the UMPI Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) BUS 469 if B+ or better / OLS 620 Strategic Communication BUS 440 / OLS 610 Leadership and Business Operations BUS 353 if B+ or better / OLS 520 Democracy and Ethical Leadership and Decision Making I'm unaware of any transfer opportunities for a WGU master except for how the WGU MSML transfers into the WGU MBA. My father has a nice thread about his journey back in the day that may be of value. WGU MBA/MSML Progress Share Best of luck.
