You have WAY more credits than you need, so at this point, I would advise you to STOP and take a moment to figure out what you actually need to complete your degree at UMPI, and then ONLY get those courses that you actually need. Don't waste time on things you don't need to take.
What you still need:
2D. CREATIVITY: possibly PHIL102: Introduction to Critical Thinking and Logic at Saylor (a similar course at SDC works here)
3E. SCIENCE LAB: Bio Lab
5A. DIVERSE WORLD VIEWS: Sociology at Sophia or Saylor, or World Regional Geography at Saylor
5C. LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Spanish at Sophia
5E. CIVIC KNOWLEDGE: American Gov at Sophia, possibly Western Political Thought at Saylor
Complete these credits FIRST, and then go back and take additional courses if you really want to and have time.
--------------------
To answer your final question: no, taking a 1cr ASU course and then transferring it will not be any faster than sending a transcript for courses you've already completed. Again, don't waste time on things you've already covered.
Study for your Security+ exam AFTER you complete what you need to (that isn't a cert you need in order to finish the UMPI degree, so it should be placed lower on your list of priorities). Getting bogged down retaking courses, or taking courses you don't need, could derail you from your ultimate goal.

For science, you can take EITHER Human Biology lab OR Intro to Chemistry lab from Sophia. You've got both. The biology one is supposed to be easier/quicker, but some people prefer Chemistry. You've got both options open to you.
Otherwise, I agree with dfrecore. Sit down and figure out what you actually need and stop taking the others.
Since you want to take WGU's Info Tech Management degree, you might want to see how close you are to UMPI"s BABA Project Management degree. It's actually PM/MIS combined. The BLS is probably slightly easier, but the BABA might prepare you better for the Master's and your career in general.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

2D PHIL102: Introduction to Critical Thinking and Logic, I checked the website on Saylor and they said their ACE get renewed on June 1st So I'll find the similar course at SDC.
3E. Is in the works
5A. I'll probably go ahead and take the Saylor Course on that.
5C. After I complete the Bio Lab on Sophia then I'll try the Spanish course on Sophia. Hopefully it's not that bad.
5E. Western Political Thought at Saylor Seems the fastest to me.
I'll complete those credits fist then if i have time I'll do the other classes i wanted to take.
@rachel83az I'll look into how close I am to BABA with Project Management Degree, I think I've seen someone post a thread with a degree plan on that so i'll look thru the forum.
Thank you all!!

2D - Study offers Humanities 201 or just take the class at UMPI. It's not a difficult course at UMPI. The transfer database doesn't show a Saylor course transferring for this GEC requirement.
5A - Intro to Soc from Saylor works
Western Political thought isn't in the database either. Stick with the Sophia courses as we KNOW they are accepted and HOW they are accepted. Take US Government from Sophia. You're better off.
Keep in mind that you must complete a minimum of 30 credits at UMPI including ULs so don't keep on taking courses. Just finish your GEC then apply to UMPI. I wouldn't take Study courses either.
It says you're deployed. Something to keep in mind about UMPI. Their deadlines are hard deadlines. There are NO extensions for those on deployment. So if you're registered for a course and cannot complete it by the end of the session, you automatically fail it. They will not give an extension or leeway due to deployment. This is something to keep in mind. It says you're in Florida so it may not impact you. It has impacted potential students who were deployed overseas.

If someone is a good test-taker and wants to give a Saylor exam a shot, I say to go for it. Worst that happens is UMPI says no. It's only $5. But I'm guessing the reason these courses aren't in the transfer database is because nobody has tried to transfer them yet. In that case, the OP can find out if these work, and we'll have more info.
I looked at the GEC, and this is what's accepted for the different areas:
2D. CREATIVITY: SDC's HUM 201: Critical Thinking & Analysis works here, so why wouldn't Saylor's PHIL102: Introduction to Critical Thinking and Logic? It's worth a shot.
5A. DIVERSE WORLD VIEWS: GEO 100: World Geography and SOC 100: Intro to Sociology are both accepted, so why wouldn't Sophia's Sociology or World Regional Geography work? Again, worth $5 to try
5E. CIVIC KNOWLEDGE: POS 211: Intro to Political Thought is accepted, so it's worth trying Western Political Thought at Saylor
All I'm saying is that the reason we know what's in the transfer database is because people have done it already - if you tell people never to try a Saylor course, then we'll never get it in the transfer database because you can't do it until you try. If someone wants to give it a shot, they're actually doing us all a favor by spending a whopping $5 to do this.
BTW - the reason we know about everything that transfers to TESU and EU is because way back before there were partnerships, people started taking courses and sending them in, and reporting back here. Without people trying, we'd be at a standstill. It's the people who decide to be guinea pigs around here that are the heroes in getting us info. I have a spreadsheet that is thousands of lines long of what will transfer to TESU and how, culled from years of people reporting on this forum. We are better off encouraging those who want to try a new course. (and of course, we give them the info that we've given about what we KNOW will work, and that they're taking a chance by doing this).
Please people, give things a shot. Sophia may not always be around, or may not keep their current pricing model (they used to be $329 per course!). If anything happens, and we haven't tried other options, we are back to square one for many things. The more course/exam providers we have info on, the better off we all are.

I didn't mention which Sophia courses worked for 5A because the OP is focusing on Saylor. We also have Sophia's transferability well documented on here.
It sounds like the OP wants this done quickly and if a Saylor course doesn't meet the GEC reqs then they'll have to take another course thus slowing them down. My post was all about speed. By taking what we know transfers, then you won't be wasting time on classes that may or may not transfer.
The OP also have to meet the 30 credits at UMPI and the 24 UL credits for the BLS. Those 2 things are pretty important especially when the OP already has a ton of credit and wants to be done quickly.

This doesn't address my main point, but that's fine. I wasn't really wanting to argue it with you.
OP, if you want to give those Saylor exams a shot to help the community, please do with our thanks. If you don't, and I get it if you don't, we won't be mad at you.

@Coolwhat11, Have you looked at TESU BSBA CIS, Business Admin with Comp Info Systems AOS, or have you already made up your mind on UMPI BLS MIS Liberal Studies, Management Info Systems? The reason I am asking is, you've gone overboard with your credits at UMPI for transfer credits, you still need 30 credits at UMPI. If you transfer all your credits to TESU, you may have most of your gen ed/free electives and some of your Business Core and AOS.
Basically, the main reasons to also look at TESU is because you can just take a few more RA credits (including the cornerstone/capstone) and the rest can be ACE/NCCRS credits (Sophia/Study or whatever you want, Davar/Saylor, etc), the cornerstone/capstone will only cost you $750 each, that'll just be $1500 plus your remaining RA/transfer credits you can get cheap... There are other options, not just UMPI/TESU, did you check them out?
Since you're thinking of the WGU MSITM, have you thought about the accelerated Bachelors & Masters at WGU?

I spent some time reviewing the newer courses on Sophia and creating an updated list of transfer options from Sophia to UMPI.
2A Introduction to Ethics, Ancient Greek Philosophers, Introduction to Sociology, Critical Thinking, Introduction to Psychology, or Approaches to Studying Religions
5A Introduction to Sociology or Approaches to Studying Religions
5E US Government
I wouldn't assume Saylor's PHIL102 will transfer in for HUM103 at UMPI as Sophia's does not. 2D is a studio art course and UMPI created a course for YourPace students as a work around for it, but they are kind of picky about what transfers in for this.
