U.S. History 1
#1
I was looking through the Forums and found very little about this test so I thought I would make a post now that I have taken it.

This was my first clep exam and I had no idea what to study.

I only used InstantCert flash cards and reviewed the sample questions my testing center gave me.

I passed with a 63 (i only needed a 55).

Needless to say InstantCert was sufficient for the U.S. History 1 test. But studying the sample questions is pretty much essential because it gives you a better idea of what the questions look like and some of the ones from my sample were on the actual test.

Key Word of Advice: the questions on the test are less facts, and more how did this event effect something or what were its results which made it much trickier than the practice cards. Though I ended up doing better than I thought when taking the test.

Did you ever check the specific feedback section? There is load of information that helped me pass.
