TESC doesn't have a notification requirement. Upon application for graduation, however, you have to sign a document stating that you have not earned/enrolled in the SAME degree elsewhere. This is to avoid double dipping credits.
But, you can be enrolled in as many colleges as you want. When I worked on my TESC degree, I was enrolled at 3 during the same year.
