THEY SEE IT!!!!

THEY REALLY DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS. INSTANTCERT WILL DELETE THIS POST AS SOON AS THEY SEE IT TO COVER UP THEIR SHAME.
They are probably about to disable my account and try to figure out how to stop me from making another account and spreading my story. You will not find any others on these forums who are unhappy with their greedy company because we will be deleted before most of you can read this!!!!

INSTANTCERT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUBPAR/NONEXISTENT AND TURNS BACK ON DISABLED VETERANS/customers--does not care at all

Instantcert has refused to return my e-mails even though I have told them I am unsatisfied with their service and would like a refund. They cited that I agreed to the rules, which are almost 3,000 words long, and that they would return my most recent charge which was a few days ago. When I responded that returning my most recent charge was not enough Instantcert quit replying to me. They have no phone number to call and cancel. The number which is listed just tells me to use their contact link. I have used it every day for the last three days without luck. Their refund policy, found in terms and conditions (see HTML below) five paragraphs down, states that "refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis" yet how can they do so when they turn their back on their customers?
Please help me. I did not know I was being charged and did not get to user their service even once. I could not even log in. They charged me for SIX months. Please help me by going to their customer service website at the link below fill in some basic info and copy/paste this message into the message box.
InstantCert
Please find a better company to deal with in case this same incident happens to you. I’m just about to be disabled combat veteran, separating in September, finishing up college and don’t have time to deal with this greedy company. Make sure you read their terms and conditions completely, give yourself a good 15 mins for this novel, which is found here

https://wnu.com/secure/jsp/common/na_ter...MzMg%3D%3D

and their privacy policy found here

https://epoch.com/en/privacy.html

so you don’t have the same nightmare I have.
This post will be deleted by administrator as soon as they see it again. They don’t want you to see this. Please feel free to contact me as I would not mind sharing some advice which could save you a ton of money. Contact me at Halomajor@gmail.com.

Thank you

Very strange. yesterday your post said two months, today it says six months.

Why not just contact your credit card company instead of creating these posts? It's the fastest way to handle something like this if you were actually being taken advantage of. If you a veteran, thank you for your service.

Good luck.

What is your problem what are you selling?

You have only 5 post on this forum and all are the same thing. People have replied with positive feedback and you ignore that and just keep posting new threads of the same negative garbage.

I think your post should be deleted as garbage spam. I was nice the first time now I am sick of seeing your ridiculous diatribes.

Go get a life and learn to take responsibility for what YOU do.

Same here than jt003806. I've joined and cancelled several times in the last couple of years without an incident. I usually join in, use it to refresh before a test, pass the test, and then remember to cancel before the next month is charged.

Honestly I don't understand what you're complaining here. If you forget to cancel your membership for six months it is not really their fault. I don't think you wouldn't ask for a refund to your cable company if you didn't watch TV last month. Instancert is a service, whether you use it or not is your responsibility.

I'm with Bunbu here. How could you not notice that you were being charged for six months? That seems a little ridiculous. They have an option to pay for six months, but that is not what you are describing when you say, "most recent charge". If you did not complain or try to cancel anytime during that six month period then I doubt they would give you your money back. That's like buying a new car, letting it sit in your garage for six months, and then trying to get your money back from the dealer complaining that you didn't like the color.

Businesses just don't work that way and they never have. You should just accept a refund from the last charge, which seems generous enough on their end to me, and let that be a lesson to keep a better eye on your finances in the future. No one is trying to cheat you. And if you didn't bother to read the terms of service because they were too long or difficult for you then you had no business signing up for the service. You couldn't have called to ask about the terms or to let them know you had issues logging in?

I appreciate your service to this country, but being a disabled veteran does not relieve you of personal responsibility. I have many veterans in my family and none of them used their service as an excuse to not pay attention to what they were doing. In my opinion, you are giving veterans and current service members a bad name.

Oh, and I think the most telling part about all of this is that they have not deleted any of your posts, even though they all say the same thing. Way to be dramatic.

The continual duplicates that you are posting is reflecting poorly on you not IC. If you have a legitimate case, where IC was/is in the wrong, you're destroying any argument, respect, and credibility that you would of had if you didn't resort to this. State your argument/case/complaint/warning/whatever in a SINGLE thread, stand by it (don't change it as bricabrac pointed out), and consider answering the questions that were asked of you.
