Very strange. yesterday your post said two months, today it says six months.

2 months or even 6... lets grant him either. Why create another user account on the forums? To validate one of those claims should he not be able to provide us with some evidence that he has a user account from either 2 or 6 months ago... anything longer then 3 days? Is it just me or is that strange as well?

I just tried called the billing support number. Epoc referred me to Webmaster@instantcert.com. I have been contacting this instantcert webmaster for a week now with no replies which is exactly my reason for posting in their forums. My phone call reference number is 149072160. If you care to provide references about when I change the numbers I will help sort it out. Sorry if I goofed up some important numbers ahead of time but its a lot of charges. Thank you for trying to help; I appreciate it.

I’m sure this site has helped people. My gripe is that they ignore me. I am now advocating just going to the library and using their resources for free. I don’t need your sorrow, I need Instantcert to reply to me. Your years spent at the instantcert forums show the fact that you like posting in instantcert forum and the underlying possibility that IC has worked well for you. My posting in their forums shows the fact that I have felt the need to post in their forums amidst ridicule and embarrassment on the underlying possibility that IC has wronged me (which they have).

Embarrassment and humility are good qualities in the right quantities. I never expected anything when posting on ICs home turf but I hoped for a reply from them. Truthfully I did not expect anything except for them to delete my posts again. Thanks for the advice but I have found tenacity to get one further in life than sucking it up when used properly. I see no reason to buckle in because it has gotten me this far.

I'm curious why someone nearing completion of a master's degree would join IC?

My problem is that instacert will not reply to me. I have sent several e-mails and tried calling to no avail. I would like a full refund. A sneeky autocharge program is the only option I had and it autocharge me for small unnoticeable amounts even after I thought I had canceled. I’m trying to get a full refund even though there policy says I don’t get to have one. The only reason I went to this forum is because they started ignoring me after one e-mail.
I really did not want to have to take this to the forums but it here because of bad customer service. Please don’t belittle people who are new to your forum. Please reference where I ignored people and just kept posting “negative garbage” (Linda). I think I posted in different forums which apply to me. I made 5 posts because I thought they would be deleted like my first post.
I did it, I messed up and IC has many policy’s which protect them in place and I get that. I asked for a refund and was told how it was and am now ignored. I have a good life and have achieved much by being tenacious which is what we are now all a part of. Thank you for your reply; even your attempt to be harsh but I’m not one of your grade school students, even if you think I am, I’m just someone with a problem with a company and a computer.

I was a member a few years ago, during my undergrad days, as well as the last few months. I have 5 subordinates three of which are in school, I am a member of a study group which meets at the local library once a month to tutor students who to want to take the Clep and Dsst examinations and I am the friend and mentor of one exceptionally bright shinny star who I am trying to help with her AS in Nursing. I got the membership to show them what IC was all about since everyone looks at me funny when I say its fill in the blank study. IC was one of many different tools in my teaching and learning toolkit.

Thanks for the post. Your right I would not ask for a refund from the cable company (I think that is what you are saying?). My complaint is that they are ignoring me. I tried canceling which is an issue I have attempted to take up with them but they are ignoring me.

It looks like from this post that you used IC and enjoyed it well enough to tell others about? I may be misinterpreting that a bit, so correct me if I'm wrong.
It seems the big issue may be not being able to cancel or thinking you canceled when you didn't. How did you go about attempting to cancel? And how did you finally end up getting it canceled?

To Travis: if you have a copy of a previous cancellation email you'd sent that we never honored, then please forward that to webmaster@instantcert.com. Otherwise, a one month refund is the most we can offer you. Looking at our records, you signed up for a couple of months back in 2010 and we cancelled your account at your request without any problems. This time, again, as soon as we received your cancellation request, we took care of it. As another user indicated, if you absolutely feel that you were wrongly charged, then your only recourse is to go to your credit card company and get them to reverse the charge.

Please don't use this forum anymore to discuss customer support issues.

Thanks Steve, I for one was tired of these e-mails, those of us who have used instantcert for years know that we are treated fairly and don't understand his complaints.
