R-
I did and only used instacert. Eeeked out a 54 strickly due to amount of study time I alloted myself. Based on my test, I'd say really know prehistoric man and the evolutionary process. That seemed to be more of the exam than I expected. The rest is all in IC.

Totally doable - GOOD LUCK :-)

I am doing this to avoid natural science and by adding my previously passed Here's To Your Health, I am hoping for the best. It's funny as iIam studying this course the natural science course is starting to make more sense. Maybe by doing one I can ease into the other.DAH:eek:

Dude, that would totally suck! Let me get through my Drug exam tonight then I'll devote some brain power to try to give you more details. We can't have you out in the ENVIRONMENT all alone!

R- here's what I can remember:

--know all the layers of the atmosphere
--know human evolution solid - homo habalis, homo erectus, homo sapien...
--know which ere each lived it and what each could do that was novel
--know the primates and how each is different (opposable thumbs, etc.)
--know the kinds of farming and pros/cons of each
--know greenhouse gases and effects

Oh, now that I think about it, this was the one that had me questioning whether or not pigs were carnivores (um, yes they are). I kept picturing cute little Charlotte's Web farm pigs and troughs.

Take the DSST practice test, you'll see lots of the same types of questions and some will be almost exactly like what's on the test. And if you see the question about pigs, humans and foxes... they're all omnivores! Wink
