SL would be the cheapest, but they're not RA. Cheapest would probably be Oakton. West Texas A&M University has a self-paced Calculus II 4-credit course for $935. But you'd need to figure out testing arrangements first.

I'd like to take both Calculus I and II at the same time... but it looks like I can't register for Calculus II before finishing I

I don't think I've seen anywhere that lets you do Calc II before you've 100% finished with Calc I.

Some would let you if you passed Straighterline Calc I or had credit another way. Or you could try for special permission.

Have you checked community colleges in your state? Might find it online. Might be cheaper at an in-state community college.

Community College for sure.
Be careful with Brandman - depends on where you want to transfer the credits to. TESU won't take that course IIRC.
