Ok, I am looking at the general TECEP instructions. So register for the TECEP as a non-matriculated student and choose a date in May at ProctorU?

Getting an AAS should not interfere with getting a bachelor's at all, and I would think finishing the AAS while starting the BSBA, and even being enrolled in both at the same time, would be no problem. If in doubt ask both schools.
