Ok, so I took the DSST exam today and didn't pass. I'm thinking to try the TECEP again...i was close like 7 or 8 points off when I took it 1.5 yrs ago but was pregnant and just rushed the end because I was running out of time and felt sick and had it was just bad. I threw up after I was done but pretty sure that got recorded. So I'll take advice for any online classes I can take now and get credits for. I Ned to make the Jan 1st grad deadline. This is my last class and it's just been delayed over and over. Kinda losing faith here.

Random question, but have you tried just doing the English Composition 2 class from either SDC or sophia? I believe it would be much easier to pass than an exam?

Sophia is a bit iffy as far as grading goes. But SDC is a definite possibility. You could also try ASU's English Comp 2. I think it has a self-paced version? But it'd be $25 to start, plus a $400 transcription fee. And it's a LOT more writing than either SDC or Sophia.

I'm thinking about sdc but I thought they took forever to grade stuff? Or has that changed?

Sophia takes forever to grade stuff. SDC takes 1-2 week, but you can submit everything all at once. With Sophia, English Comp 2 assignments must be submitted one at a time and you must wait for grading on one before moving to the next.

I recently took English 205 at SDC. It took a few weeks for everything to be graded, but overall it wasn't too much of a hassle and is totally doable. It was one of my last classes--I'm finally fully enrolled at TESU and start on Monday.
