I have a class that has a multiple choice exam at the end. Can I go ahead and take that if my milestones are not affirmed?

Yes, or at least you could as of Spring 2022. I did that with their economics course, as none of my milestones had yet been affirmed. Everything went through all at once, two days later.

I had one class that had an exam and I submitted all my milestones and took the exam in the same week. The milestone were not affirmed, but the professor never mentioned it. On the flip side, I submitted my final for a history class without having my milestones affirmed and I received an email directory from the professor.
