Transferred courses won't show as a grade on the final TESC transcript. They show on the academic eval, but if they are not earned at TESC -- they are not used for TESC's GPA.
Graduate schools will ask for all of your original transcripts, they vary in how they calculate GPA, however it would likely be in your favor to retake the classes (if the original school will allow you to replace the grade). Some schools use all earned grades, some use last 30 credits, some only from your area of study. It really depends alot on the school. If you have a school in mind, I can review their policy. Do you have specific graduate goals in mind? If you're not seeking something ultra competitive it may not matter as much as you think.
