TESU Max Credit Transfer and graduation speed?
#1
Ace Prior Learning Network (Accessed through credly), shows that I have 83 credits accepted by TESU. I sadly do not know for which degrees exactly.
You can transfer 90 credits to TESU. How fast can you finish the degree? Let's say you do 10 hours a day, everyday. I just have the generic Sophia and 3 coursera certificates/credits.

The first thing to do is to enroll to TESU and send in all your credits. Until then, you don't really know what they've actually taken and how they've slotted them into a degree. I always recommend doing that sooner rather than later. The enrollment process is good for a year, and lets you keep sending in credits until you're ready to start taking courses at TESU. You start by completing the applications process ($50), and then registering for the 1cr Medical Terminology TECEP ($52). Don't take the test, you're just registering for it as a way to become enrolled and unlock unlimited transcript evaluations.

By not taking it, if you need to extend enrollment before the year is up, you can just register for it again to get another year. As far as timing goes, it depends a lot on what degree, and how much you value speed vs cost. Also, do you have any other credits for just the ACE credits?

It would be best if you follow the standard format and give us all the relevant info and background.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

And the second thing is to also apply to UMPI, decide if that would be cheaper, easier, faster for you. If you truly have that set time frame, you should be able to complete the 10 classes from UMPI easier, faster, and most importantly - cheaper for you. Remember, review some advice, posts, threads, and decide for yourself what advice is best for you. It is all subjective on how some people do things, I've read multiple times that just the capstone course in Excelsior or TESU, is longer than the entire 10 classes at UMPI combined... Without reviewing your addendum and template, I still would go the UMPI route with 90 transfer credits instead unless you're going for something not available at UMPI.

In my experience, this new Credly "ACE Prior Learning Network" tool is not that accurate. It did not count the majority of my ACE credits, vastly underreporting how many credits I have.
TESU Class of 2024 BSBA-CIS+GM, BSIT, ASNSM-CS+Math, AAS-GEN
Earned credits from Sophia, SDC, ASU ULC, TEEX, Microsoft, Strayer, TESU, Saylor, DSST, CLEP, CompTIA, StraighterLine, and others since starting in April 2020
