Taking CLEP and other exams in Mexico

This is my first post, but I've learned a lot here on the forum already. Thank you all for sharing so much information.

I'm ready to start testing towards a degree, but I live in Mexico, far from the US border. Collegeboard.org and DSST/DANTES don't list any testing centers here. Pearson/ECE is available in Mexico, but not in my area. I have not been able to find a list of TESC testing centers. I know some of their exams can be taken online, but am not sure which.

I'm looking for information on:

• TESC testing locations, and which tests can be taken online
  
• Online options for the other exams
  
• The possibility of having my exams proctored at the local state university

Thanks for the quick response... The thread you linked to discusses taking CLEPs in Australia and Colombia... on a whim, I searched Collegeboard.org for testing locations in those countries, and found none listed. Maybe the search is broken, and there is a testing center in my area after all. I do live near a US Consulate. I will write College board for more information.
