That doesn't really apply for those who are predominately transferring in their GE courses, but saves some money for students taking direct courses. Beyond that it looks like they just expanded the list of TESU courses listed under GenEd... probably to more closely model their current course list.

Does this mean that SOS-110 is the only thing that can be used for Information Literacy now?

It doesn't look like anything has changed - except the Info Lit requirement.
They STILL haven't fixed the Written Comm requirement, and removed Technical Writing - even though they've said multiple times that it can't be used as one of the requirements (it's been like 3 years).
