TESU Transcript Processing

I managed to complete 3 Saylor courses this week, and have exactly 100 credits now. I wrote to Saylor and ACE to expedite the process of adding my credits and generating the transcript. They acted very fast, and yesterday, I managed to send a transcript to TESU by 11:30 am. I even wrote to my advisor asking him to expedite the process. He writes back saying that I don’t need to worry as the April Capstone registrations are open till March 16th, and my transcripts will naturally get processed by then. How do I make him aware that I have a particular mentor in mind, and I wouldn’t want to miss being in her class? 

I would just tell him.  When I sent my email a couple months ago, I made sure to say which Capstone I was trying to register for.  They got all my classes and payment sorted out pretty quickly so I could register in time for that class.

That being said, it does look like they're seriously backlogged right now.  I sent in a transcript on Feb 1st and received an email today that the update to my evaluation should be completed by March 1st.  I've never received an email like that before!

I can understand they are back logged- given that many will graduate in March. But I feel they should prioritize between evaluations that are connected to graduation or Capstone enrolment, and evaluations that are just part of the process.
