TESU & Sophia's Communication @ Work course?

Has anyone successfully checked on this course to see if it will work @ TESU for Business Communications?  Thanks.

It's still not listed in the public portion of the ACE National Guide. I think there is a private database that TESU is supposed to use but honestly no idea at this point.

Thank you.  I just wondered if anyone else had contacted them about it.  I went ahead and emailed them that question and a few others.  I will post when I get an answer.

A lot of times with TESU, they don't evaluate courses ahead of time.  So, the only way to find out is to transfer it in and see what happens.  Once it's been transferred in though, then it generally applies to everyone going forward.

Like I said, they don't evaluate courses ahead of time; especially with providers like Study.com, Sophia, etc.  They generally look at the courses twice a year, and re-evaluate prior decisions, or look at new courses (although they don't always unfortunately).

That's because the people you probably talked to don't know how a new course will be coded until the registrar gets ahold of it (I'm guessing your asked advising, and they literally have zero clue half the time, and get it wrong the other half).

Honestly, there are only 2 options with new courses: 1) take it and submit it, and see what they do with it; or 2) wait until the course provider submits it to TESU for evaluation, and then one of them updates their website (which can be a very lengthy process).  Advising can only go from what the registrar has already done, and the registrar hasn't evaluated the course yet.
