Yes, but... If you don't graduate before the enrolled option plan's year is up, then you become subject to the per credit plan and the residency requirement again. It won't be a problem if you take enough actual classes to fulfill the 16 credit residency.
They used to (and hopefully still would) let you pay for an short extension if you're close to graduating.
